XF 18mm f/2 R

One of the first three original FX lenses, the 18mm f/2 R can be said to be one of Fujifilm's modern classics. It was originally released with the 35mm f/1.4 R and the 60mm f/2.4 macro lenses for the X-Pro1 back in 2012.
The 18mm on the Fujifilm APS-C cameras equals 27mm, or 76.5 degrees angle of view. It is a compact lens, which makes it great for those, who just want to put their camera in the pockets and go out to shoot. This obviously makes it a natural for many street photographers, though the new lineup of the fast f/2 (and f/2.8) lenses, the 16mm, 23mm, 35mm, and 50mm, challenge the 18mm f/2's status as the compact go to choice for street photographers. Still, for certain cameras, such as the X-E series, this is still a good choice.

Though one of the older lenses, it is still a great lens for a good price for most people, who like to shoot at the more wide end. And with the f/2 aperture it allows just a little more light than the XF18-55mm f/2.8-4 kit lens, even at the widest end.

XF 23mm f/1.4 R

The XF 23mm f/1.4 R takes some points here, being among the older - but not oldest - Fujinon lenses (from 2014), one of the lenses with the widest aperture, of f/1.4, and being among the bigger and more heavy prime lenses. But being big and heavy for a Fuji lens, is rather relative compared to lenses of other brands. And this lens creates magic. The 23mm focal length, which equals 35mm on a full frame sensor or a 63.4 degrees angle of view, is great for a lot of casual shooting, street photography, and even some kinds of portrait photography. However, the very wide aperture and amazing image quality, is what makes this lens magical. It is a lens made for the creatives, allowing you to express whichever thought comes to mind. To purchase the XF 23mm f/1.4 R, follow link for below option/s: Amazon Specs: Focal Length 23mm (35mm Equivalent Focal Length: 35mm) Maximum Aperture f/1.4 Minimum Aperture f/16 Angle of View 63.4° ...

XF 16mm f/1.4 WR

This is probably one of the most celebrated and revered Fujinon lenses, recommended by far the most of the people, who have had their hands on it. Though it being a wide angle, the close focusing distance of only 15 cm (!) allows you to get very creative with it, even creating some nice bokeh - if that is your thing. While many people would consider this pearl of a lens mainly for street photography or landscape photography, it can easily be used for product, food, and even and even portrait photography. Many would insist that this, together with the 56mm f/1.2 and the 90mm f/2 are the best lenses to get for your Fujifilm camera, having almost everything covered. To purchase the XF 16mm f/1.4 WR, follow link for below option/s: Amazon Specs: Focal Length 16mm (35mm Equivalent Focal Length: 24mm) Maximum Aperture f/1.4 Minimum Aperture f/16 Angle of View 83.2° Minimum Focus Distance 5.91" / 15 cm ...
